How does Amazon Mailing work?Ship Amazon orders to our FL warehouse, we consolidate and forward to Jamaica — save up to 70%.
What items can't I ship?No firearms, explosives, live animals, perishables without packaging, or counterfeit goods.
Is pickup really free?Yes — anywhere in South Florida. Dallas, Houston, Orlando with 48h notice.

How long does shipping to Jamaica take?Ocean 7–10 days to Kingston · 8–12 days to MoBay · Express ocean 3–5 days · Air 2–3 days.
Do you deliver door-to-door in Jamaica?Yes — island-wide, all 14 parishes. Or free pickup at Kingston Wharf.
Who handles customs clearance?We file the paperwork. Jamaican customs duty is paid by the recipient on pickup or delivery.

Can I get an invoice for my shipment?Yes — downloadable from Dashboard → Payments. Automatic email receipt on every paid shipment.
What's your cancellation & refund policy?Full refund if cancelled before container loads. Partial if in-warehouse. None once at sea.

Is my uploaded ID really encrypted?Yes — client-side with AES-256-GCM before storage. Requires your passphrase to decrypt.
