Acceptable Use Policy

You must not:

• Tender prohibited goods, or restricted goods without proper permits.
• Misrepresent the description, value, weight, origin, or HS classification of cargo.
• Use the platform to facilitate sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorism financing, or proceeds-of-crime activity.
• Attempt to access, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with our systems, accounts, or other users' data.
• Submit malware, exploit code, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harassing.
• Impersonate another person or use another's TRN or identity documents.
• Probe authentication systems, attempt brute-force, or interfere with rate-limiting controls.
• Resell or redistribute access to the platform without our written consent.
• Use automated tools to flood, deny service, or scrape rates / quotes.
• Attempt to remove or evade audit logging, watermarks, or document fingerprints.

Reporting violations

Email abuse@mgrcouriers.com. We investigate every credible report.

Consequences

We may warn, suspend, or terminate offending accounts, charge for damages, refer matters to law enforcement, and seek civil remedies.
